Martin first joined Cardo Partners in 2014. He holds an MSc (siv.ing) in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and ETH Zurich.

Prior to joining Cardo Partners, Martin worked as Project Manager at McKinsey & Company (Oslo and Bangkok). From 2019 to 2022, Martin worked for the shipping company Torvald Klaveness. As member of the Executive Committee, he was responsible for Group Strategy, Investments and Decarbonization.
